started this WFH job during pandemic, usually start my day around 9-9:30AM with checking/replying emails, see if there is any requests or issue that needs my attention. Most of the coworkers are very respectful and friendly and willing to help when you have any questions. But sometimes its hard to find the right people to resolve issues since the organization is gigantic. Bunch of Zoom meetings, mostly with people in different region/time zone. When there is urgent issues or project deadline, will have to talk to coworker during evenings, sometimes even 9-12PM. but my manager let me be flexible on my working hours. if I have the evening calls, I can take the morning off.
